Who we are

Custena is a product of Genesis Software Group. This policy covers the marketing website at this domain, not our product (Custena is not yet publicly available — a separate policy will apply once it ships, and will be linked from within the product itself).

What we currently collect

This website runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. We only receive your name, email address, and message content if you choose to email us or book a call; we don't capture or store anything through the website itself.

The booking calendar on /contact

Our contact page embeds a scheduling calendar from Calendly (Calendly LLC) in an iframe. That frame is served by Calendly and sets Calendly's cookies; if you book a slot, the name, email address, and any notes you enter go to Calendly as our processor, and to us. It is the one third-party embed on this site and it only loads on that page — no other page contacts a third party. Calendly's own privacy notice governs what it does with that data.

How we use it

If you email us or book a call, we use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate design-partner fit. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising. Calendly is the only third party that receives it, and only if you book through the calendar described above.

Data hosting and security

Custena is architected to be EU-hosted with EU data residency by design (see our published architecture decision on hosting). The product is not yet publicly available, so no fund or investor data is processed by Custena today.

We are not yet SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certified. These are explicit milestones on our roadmap, targeted before the product handles customer fund data at scale, not claims about our current status. We'll update this page and be direct with any design partner about exactly where we stand before you send us real data.

GDPR and your rights

We design our practices to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you've contacted us, you can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email contact@genesissoftware.io and we'll act on it promptly.

We'll update this page as the website or our practices change, and update the date above when we do.
